Job Title: Brand / Media (Content) Officer

About the Role
- We are seeking to hire and Brand / Media Officer, an integral member of the brand identity, awareness and communication team, the brand officer would be essentially responsible for adapting a brand strategy for the company’s target market.
- Will serve as the “brand guardian” must ensure and maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications, and also manage a portfolio of products, must ensure all staff members are brand complaint with the organization.
Responsibilities
The Brand/Media Officer will be:
- Responsible for developing a strong brand name and image of the organization.
- Developing concepts, graphics designs, layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites for the brand.
- Ensuring that all employees are brand complaint, from ID cards to business cards, and all companies branded products.
- Having regular brand audit for the organization
- Developing, implementing and managing our social media strategy for the organization.
- Managing and overseeing social media content

Job Title: Finance Officer
Location: Abuja
Job Description
- Our organization is seeking to hire a finance officer who will be in charge of overseeing the financial transactions of the organization.
- He/she would be tasked with developing budgets, monitoring transactions and preparing financial reports.
Responsibilities
The finance officer would be responsible for:
- Creating and implementing financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency.
- Overseeing the preparation and planning of budgets.
- Maintaining records and receipts for all daily transactions, ensuring financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
- Contributing to financial audits while monitoring all bank deposits and payments.

Responsibilities
The Human Resources / Administrative Officer should be responsible for:
- Forming and maintaining employee records, updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave.
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides.
- Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance.
- Communicating with external partners and being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries.
- Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover.
- Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information based on holiday and sick days taken.
- Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses.
- Making a hiring decision, writing and posting job ad while also reviewing resumes, pre-screening candidates, administering skills tests & interviewing applicants and making employment offers.

Job Title: Volunteer Lead
Location: Abuja
About the Role
- We are seeking to hire a Volunteer Lead who would take on responsibility for co-coordinating specific activities or projects associated with our volunteers as appropriate, recruiting and supporting volunteers and ensuring that activities are delivered effectively.
Responsibilities
The Volunteer Lead will:
- Maintain regular communication with all volunteers, fellow project Leaders, committee members and work collegiately with all.
- Be responsible, along with the other volunteers for the safety and welfare of participants whilst attending/leading volunteer work sessions and ensure that volunteers follow any instructions set out.
- Work with other volunteers and committee members to develop fundraising plans for projects if needed.
- Ensure that there is an adequate number of volunteers for each activity/session and lead the recruitment process.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and provide updates to the committee at meetings
- Follow all policies and procedures of the organization related to volunteers.
- Co-ordinate specific project and manage the on-going activities to include liaising with volunteers and other stakeholders (including the local authority) to identify opportunities to impact communities.
- While volunteering yourself, support and supervise participants volunteering to support activities during project actualization.

Job Responsibilities
The deputy program coordinator would be:
- Assisting and supporting the program coordinator.
- Designing and controlling the project schedule.
- Preparing presentations to update senior management on the project’s progress and showcase the project’s value.
- Delegating tasks to team members.
- Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.
- Looking for ways to increase the project’s profitability and reduce expenses where possible.

Job Title: Grants and Donor Relations Officer
Location: Abuja
About the Role
- We are seeking to hire a Grants and Donor Relations Officer who will be a critical member of the program team, reporting directly to the Programs Coordinator.
- The officer would work across all program areas, including collaborating with finance and IT to ensure effective and efficient grant making processes, determining strategies and goals to improve donations while maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing donors.
- He/she would also serve as the system administrator for the organization’s grants management database.
Responsibilities
The grants and donor officer would be responsible for:
- Researching grants that are available for the organization from federal departments or private foundations.
- Overseeing the process for writing a grant proposal that outlines how the organization would use the money.
- Collaborating with Program team, Finance team, Administrative team, and Country director on special projects as needed.
- Designing and maintaining filing systems for the organization’s paper and electronic grant records.
- Liaising and working with other members of the program unit to support them in identifying funding opportunities for the organization.
- Monitoring and ensuring timely notification is provided on upcoming report requirements for grants, fellowships and contracts.
- Managing donor communication, ensuring that the relationship between the donor and organization is well maintained.
Skills / Academic Qualifications
- BA or B.Sc. Degree in any field, professional certification is an added advantage with evidence of previously won grants.
- Minimum of a year’s experience working in an NGO as a grant and/or donor officer.
