Job Title: MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT (REF:01)
Responsibilities
Implement improvement processes and systems to ensure optimal stock levels
Manage and maintain the inventory including stock profiles and stock locations
Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting/inventory accuracy checks
Minimize overstocks and ensure minimal incidence of obsolete/slow moving items
Ensure incoming products are received into stores and managed
Provide routine management information on inventory performance
Ensure accuracy of all accounts receivable records and monitor credit customers' accounts.
Job Requirements
Candidates must be qualified Accountants
A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in accounting and for inventory management
Ideally possessing experience in inventory management of voluminous stock items
Hands-on knowledge of ERP accounting software such as Navision and excellent Ms-Excel skills.
Job Title: INTERNAL AUDIT OFFICER (REF:02)
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with company policies vis-a-vis cash, accounts receivables, credit control and inventory
Ensure adequate safeguard over inventory items
Participation in stock taking and ensure proper conduct of exercise
Review of creditors and debtors accounts for due payments and overdue receipts
Establishment of good security network to safeguard the assets of the company
Job Requirements
Candidates must be Accounting graduates
A minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in the Internal Audit function
Hands-on knowledge of accounting software would be an added advantage
Job Title: SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE (REF:03)
Responsibilities:
Generate sales to ensure monthly sales target are achieved and exceeded
Establish key relationship with customers to ensure the company's brand is registered and patronized
Provide excellent customer service to achieve lifetime value from customers
Job requirements
Candidates must be graduates of either Marketing, Business Administration or English Language
A minimum of 1 year post qualification experience
Ideal candidate must have thorough knowledge and experience of marketing and sales
Candidates must be computer literate and have good communication skills
