Job Title: Lagos Sales Team Lead

Description 

  • We are recruiting for the post of Lagos Sales Team Lead to drive sales in Lagos and coordinate lagos sales team.

Job Details

  • Ensure the successful achievement of the company’s sales target in all territories by increasing the consumer base, ensuring sales volume is at its maximum.
  • Keep current with the demand and supply of the company’s products/ services, economic indicators, changing trends, and competitors.
  • Attract, retain, and train quality manpower for effective delivery.
  • Lead generation
  • Ensure that all the key marketing projects and activities are implemented effectively.

Requirements and Qualification

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in sales and marketing.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical products and services, sales of glucometer is an added advantage.
  • Ability to communicate in English and local dialects.
  • Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills are important.
  • High customer engagement and retention skills.
  • Have a personal car for easy mobility

Remuneration

  • Salary: N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
  • Base Pay plus attractive commission.
