NoemDek Limited is an EPC Company incorporated in Nigeria in 2012, to provide specialized services to the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, FMCGs, etc. Over the past five years, the firm and its international partners have supported clients on large infrastructure projects and after-sales services to ensure the assets are maintained effectively and a client’s operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- One of NoemDek's divisions, specializing in car leasing services, is looking to hire an intelligent and well-experienced Operations Lead who will oversee day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery, cost control, and team management.
- The ideal candidate will ensure that all logistics activities are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- The Operations Lead will also focus on optimizing processes, improving overall efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead and oversee logistics teams, including drivers, ensuring seamless collaboration and performance.
- Train, mentor, and provide regular performance feedback to team members to foster growth and efficiency.
- Maintain open and proactive communication with clients to align with their logistics requirements.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline operations.
- Optimize workforce allocation, shift scheduling, and resource management for maximum productivity.
- Address and resolve escalated customer issues related to logistics promptly and effectively.
Operational Efficiency:
- Supervise daily logistics activities, including routing, vehicle tracking, and order fulfillment.
- Design and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce delivery lead times.
- Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
- Oversee operational budgets, manage expenditures, and implement cost-effective practices.
- Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high service quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) by meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Fleet Management:
- Manage the company’s fleet, ensuring regular maintenance, safety compliance, and optimal utilization.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers for timely vehicle repairs and servicing.
- Implement measures to enhance fleet performance, minimize downtime, and reduce operational risks.
Who can apply for this role?
- Bachelor's Degree in any field, with up to 2 years of relevant experience in a logistics company.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Typing speed of 60 words per minute.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of procurement and logistics processes.
- Prior experience working with a vehicle leasing company.
- This role demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual capable of managing complex logistics operations while fostering a high-performing team and maintaining excellent customer service.
