  • To build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships develop and generate new business opportunities within the oil & gas EPCM space.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop business marketing strategy plans and budget
  • Identify the markets/business opportunity, trendsetter ideas and projects by researching industry and related events, publications, daily media. Nipex portal and also through existing clients.
  • Screen and propose potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements.
  • potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities and making recommendations
  • Oversee tender and proposal development process and maintain the time-lines for the proposal teams
  • Liaise with divisional heads and ensure that appropriate and timely input is made to technical bids
  • Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on industry trends to divisions and management
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
  • Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports on targets and achievements for Chef Executive Officer and/ other management staff
  • Oversee all customer inquiries and requests and ensure they are appropriately responded to in a timely manner.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
  • Develop negotiating strategies and positions by examining risks and potentials and estimating partner or client needs and goals.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Visit potential customers and follow-up for new business
Qualification and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, MBA/M.Sc.
  • Minimum of 9 years relevant work experience handling similar responsibilities.
Professional Qualification:
  • Business Development Professional Certification, NSE, COREN
  Job Title: Senior Admin & Logistics Officer Ref: 0001 Location: Lagos Job Objectives
  • To provide general administrative support necessary to facilitate the smooth operation the company's business.
Job Responsibilities
  • Provides administrative support to departments and projects.
  • Compile and process procurement monthly requests for office supplies.
  • Conduct periodic market surveys to ensure the prices offered the company are in line with current market prices.
  • Supervise the work of back office personnel and supervise the performance of assistants, drivers, cleaners, receptionists etc. of the organization.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of the office equipment, machinery, electrical and mechanical systems. building facilities in Lagos.
  • Take delivery of materials and supplies, inspect same and resolve quality or quantity discrepancy with suppliers and vendors.
  • Coordinate all the logistics operations of the company including travel and accommodation their payments.
  • Logistics and fleet management; allocate vehicles for staff movement and authorized trip, ensure pool cars are neatly kept, and manage hotel booking/reservation, flight booking/reservation, Protocol service, Airport pick-up and drop-off.
  • Participate and provide all data needed for budget preparation
  • Perform any other responsibility as may be required by management
  • Ensure adequate and timely provision of materials, equipment and supplies by identifying needs for same across the organization and working with suppliers for same.

Qualification Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Public Administration or any other relevant discipline, MBA.
  • Minimum of 9 years relevant work experience handling similar responsibilities.
Professional Qualification:
  • NIM, PMP.
