Job Title: Consultant Pediatrician
Job Description
Establish and manage an excellent Pediatrics unit to include:
Developing organizational structure for the unit
Developing man power plan and gradually recruiting for the unit
Developing operating guidelines for the unit and ensuring staff compliance
Advise on the procurement of all necessary and suitable equipment and other items required for the unit
Ensuringthat all relevant practice licenses and quality standards are in place and ensuring conformity with them
Ensuring the highest standard of service is guaranteed within the Pediatrics unit

Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications and Requirements
MBBS or equivalent
Postgraduate and/or other specialist qualifications in Pediatrics
Professional registration by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria
At least ten (10) years post qualification practical experience in reputable medical institutions in the field of Gynecology
Must have knowledge and skills in using relevant hardware and software applications
Must be computer literate

Job Title:  Medical Laboratory Scientist
Job Description
Duties

Perform all tasks, duties and tests related to laboratory services (haematology, immunohematology, immunology, bacteriology, microscopy, routine chemistry, therapeutic drug monitoring, etc) according to established laboratory protocols and procedures
Process specimens utilizing protocols and technical knowledge
Calibrate, standardize and maintain instruments following established procedures
Perform quality control, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting protocols to ensure proper functioning of instruments, reagents, procedures, etc
Validate and report results of tests performed
Deliver patients reports accordingly, on-time and in conformance with applicable confidentiality requirements
Assist with orientation and trainingof new employees
Demonstrate respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible and courteous environment
Follow established safety practices including biohazards, exposure control plan (for blood-borne pathogens), infection control to include universal precautions, employee right to know (about hazardous chemicals) and chemical hygiene standards
Attend all in-service education as required by the hospital, relevant national policies and Laboratory Practice license requirements
Research and develop new procedures as required

Qualifications and Requirements

A degree with major in Medical Technologies, Microbiology, Bio-chemistry or related sciences
Postgraduate and/or other specialist qualifications will be of added advantage
Professional registration by the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria
At least five (5) years post qualification practical experience in reputable medical institutions in Laboratory operations
Must have knowledge and skills in using relevant hardware and software applications
Must be computer literate

Job Title: Hospital Secretary
Job Description
Duties

Schedule and confirm patients’ diagnostic appointments, surgeries and medical consultations as required
Visitors management
Oversee housekeeping to maintain excellent standards at all times
Answer telephone calls and direct to appropriate staff
Compile, record and maintain administrative correspondence files
Transmit correspondence and medical records to patients where and as required
Assist in management of patients admission processes
Handle public relations under Management’s supervision
Continuously advise Management on new initiatives that will improve patients’ experiences while ensuring highest standards of existing services are guaranteed in the hospital at all times
Any other related duties as may be assigned by a supervisor

Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications and Requirements

Degree or equivalent in any Management or Social Science discipline. Degree in Management Science for Health will be of added advantage
Postgraduate and/or other specialist qualifications such as Project Management will be of added advantage
At least ten (5) years managerial experience in reputable organisations
Must be computer literate
