Job Title: Business Analyst

Role Description

• A primary job responsibility of Business Analyst is to communicate with all stakeholders & to elicit, analyze and validate the requirements for changes to business processes, information systems, and policies.
• Identify the steps or tasks to support the implementation of new features

• Analyze the impact of implementing new features
• Implement the new features
• A professional business analyst plays a big role in moving an organization toward efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Understand what business does and how it does
• Determine how to improve existing business processes

Certifications

• B.Sc in Business Administration or Business Management.
• Master's Degree will be added advantage.

Skills Required:

• Analytical skills- An outstanding analytical skill will separate out a good business analyst. A good part of BA role includes analyzing data, workflow, user or stakeholders’ inputs, documents, etc.
• Leadership skills- directing team members, forecasting budget, helping team members with the problem, etc.
• Technical skill - If a business analyst is in the IT sector, few technical aspects are expected to know like operating systems, hardware capabilities, database concepts, networking, SDLC methodology, etc.
• Business process and planning- Planning the project scope, understanding and implementing requirement of project, identifying resources required for the project and so on

N50,000 - N200,000 monthly.

Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Responsibilities

• The Dispatch Rider would be responsible for ensuring that assigned motorcycle is used for authorized assignments and is in good working condition always.
• Ride company’s motorcycle to accomplish official duties
• Must observe all HSE driving related policies to ensure the consistent safety of documents and motorcycle
• Must ensure that assigned motorcycle documents/ particulars are updated and valid.
• Must ensure that the motorcycle is cleaned routinely or when the need arises.
• Responsible for carrying out the daily inspection on the general condition of assigned motorcycle and must properly lock motorcycle when there is a need to leave them unattended to.
• Transporting and receiving parcel and documents items quickly by motorcycle
• Record information, such as items received and delivered
• Dispatch riders sign for the package on the collection and get an appropriate person to sign for it upon
• delivery

Educational Requirements

• A High School Certification, OND or NCE
• At least 1-year experience as a motorcycle dispatch rider
• Must possess valid license to ride a motorcycle or rider’s permit
• Should live on the island

Required Skills:

• Must be able to ride motorcycle effectively as this is the major means of sales and dispatch
• Be able to ride motorcycles professionally
• Should have a valid riders licence
• Be Hardworking, Diligent, and possess Positive Energy
• Must be physically fit
• Should be reliable and punctual
• Must have a mature working attitude.

Salary

Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Manage from concept, to design , sample production,
• Responsible for setting the product vision and strategy
• Researching customer experiences and demands.
• Improving customer experiences.
• Outlining a detailed product strategy.
• Managing cross-functional teams.
• Managing product road maps and releases.
• Understanding product selling points.
• Identifying and filling product gaps.

Requirements

Job Title: Content Writer

Role Description

• Completing writing projects, meeting deadlines and following content requirements in terms of style and project specifications
• Content Writers are responsible for style and format consistency across all projects and communicating with other team members to create the best content possible.
• Revising content whenever customers or clients request changes
• Helping create style guides or suggesting changes to ensure content is consistent and clear
• Working with customers to define their content needs
• Conducting research on any given topic

Requirements

• Good in storytelling and video making
• Graphics designing will be added advantage.
• Understanding grammar rules and how to construct clear sentences
• Being mindful of things like flow, readability, and sentence variety
• Computer literacy, as content writers use computers to create projects and to communicate with their team
• An understanding of search engine optimization best practices
• The ability to cooperate with other writers and editors to complete projects
• The ability to give feedback on writing projects
• Interns and graduates can apply for the role of a content writer.
• Must be resident on the island.
• Minimum of HND, Master Degree, OND, SSCE
• Minimum of 1-4 years work experience.
