We are recruiting to fill the positions below:
Job Title: Lead Software Engineer
Location: Lagos
Core Responsibilities
- Develop / Modify / Maintain / Enhance internally developed applications to match business processes and requirements
- Deliver across the entire app life cycle concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to test / production and support
- Working directly with other software engineers, testers, and product managers to conceptualize, build, test and realize products
- Build prototypes at tech scoping stage of projects
- Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the software development technologies
- Explain technologies and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Active in Agile development methodologies or other methodology used in the organization
- Support test cycles providing document and code reviews, and perform web and mobile application deployments
- Participating in implementing the technical infrastructure
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related equivalent experience.
- Proficient in programming Java language C# and python is a plus.
- Familiar with frameworks like Quarkus, Spring boot, MVC, DM
- Familiar with Microservices Architecture and Docker
- Visual Studio Code, IntelliJ e.tc
- Utilize tools such as Git, Jira in the software development process.
Job Title: Frontend Software Engineer
Location: Lagos
Job Description

Location: Lagos
Core Responsibilities
- Build and set up new development tools and infrastructure
- Understand the needs of stakeholders and convey this to developers
- Work on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
- Test and examine code written by others and analyse results
- Ensure that systems are safe and secure against cyber security threats
- Identify technical problems and develop software updates and СfixesТ
- Work with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
- Plan out projects and be involved in project management decisions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, including Security, Virtualization and 3 Par Storage technologies.
- Experience managing enterprise wide Linux and Microsoft server environments both on cloud and on-premise.
- Experience with AWS Cloud Platform and Docker
- Awareness of devOps and Agile principles.
- Prior experience with container orchestration platforms (Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, EKS)
- Experience with Automation Tools such as Jenkins is a plus
- In-depth understanding of communication and routing protocols
- Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools
- Strong knowledge and implementation history of orchestration tools and configuration management systems.

- Experience managing enterprise wide Linux and Microsoft server environments both on cloud and on-premise.
- Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and repairing them.
- Exceptional ability to provide front end support to internal departments and web-based clients.
- Ability to keep up with innovation in application design.
- Knowledge of Advanced Encryption Standards (AES).
