  • Reporting to the Managing Director you will lead from the front and be hands on and active member of the team.

  • Develop a strategic business plan
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells solutions by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors; close new deals within assigned territory.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate should have at least B.Sc or HND in any Business related field and about five years sales experience in IT.
  • Must be computer literate with expertise in MS office specially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Professional certifications in some IT related areas will be an advantage.

  • The inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
  • You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and increasing revenue.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Assist outside sales personnel by processing priority transactions

  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) experience preferred
  • First degree from a recognized university
