Job Description / Responsibilities
- To ensure customer have the right product and good service
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and e-mail inquiries regarding products and brands Assist clients on order-on-line Deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics
- Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers, retail, repair services, buyers, etc.
- Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry
- Assist customers with after-sales service issues Be the primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand.
- Able to communicate concisely our company policies to client Maintain and update regular client correspondence Provide customers with information about items.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Elevate complaints to management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent leadership skills Social Media Proficiency Friendly disposition
- The ability to maintain calm under pressure Computer literacy

Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree with 1 - 2 years work experience.
- Candidate must be female and within the age of 20 - 25.
- Candidate must be a computer literate and also have great oral communication ability and good use of social media.
Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 monthly.
Job Title: Business Development Officer / Assistant Human Resource
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Perform some administrative duties.
- Provide support for business development and growth
- Understanding of marketing and negotiating and deal closing techniques
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Create and implement effective on boarding plans.
- Develop training and development programs
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Assist in performance management processes
Requirements
- Candidates should possess BSc / HND qualification with 1-2 years experience.
- Experienced in meeting sales target of 800,000 and above with relevant prove to show it
- Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position.
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.).
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
- Strong ethics and reliability.

- Generating and qualifying leads
- Closing deals to generate revenue for the Hospital
