Job Title: Field Service Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates installation and intervention operations executed by FMC Technical Service Personnel and Technical Service Engineers at an FMC international base.
  • Ensures the optimization of HSE at all work sites, onshore and offshore.
  • Makes certain that all work is in contractual compliance with company quality standards, HSE policies, and country. governmental requirements
Main Tasks
  • Coordinates logistics and management of equipment, tools, and spares.
  • Ensures that FNCR’s are written in a technically robust fashion and reviewed at the field level, Ref. to the expectation Pkg. for submittal times.
  • Ensures that all field procedures are received, accurate, followed and signed-off on
  • Promotes strong liaison with technical Subject Matter Experts. Responsible for ensuring Readiness’ reviews and Post- Jobs meeting are being conducted.
  • Coordinates and manage engineering resource requirements with Customer Support Engineering Manager
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a least 5-8years related experience including at least three years Field Service experience or technical experience in drilling, completion or intervention.
  • Previous experience as a coordinator in international logistics and/or project planning is an added advantage.
  • Deep understanding of product and ability to provide input and solve technical issues.



Job Title: Technical Workshop Assembly Personnel

Responsibilities

  • Technical lead for choke assembly, test and troubleshooting of test equipment and production equipment.
Main Tasks
  • Assembles and tests mechanical assemblies according to FMCTI specifications.
  • Applies advanced skills in procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment in area of expertise.
  • Assists during assembly of components in areas of expertise.
  • Teaches other assemblers proper techniques and procedures for mastered key sub-assemblies.
  • Completes required test documentation including test reports, failed test reports and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
  • Assists with FAT’s (Factory Acceptance Tests) and SIT’s (System Integration Tests).
  • Assists in preparing, maintaining and utilizing test stations and test equipment for factory and system acceptance testing.
  • Resolves most questions and problems in mastered sub-assemblies.
  • Refers only the most complex issues to higher levels.
Requirements
  • Minimum HND with 4 -8 years’ experience with choke products and a Firm understanding of hydraulic circuits, the running of hydraulic power units, vacuum fill and choke function support equipment.


Job Title: Senior Logistics Planner

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for working with FMC regions, which potentially requires working during offâ€�peak working hours and continuously monitoring planned orders for projects.
Main Tasks
  • Implements and monitors material flow in all areas of Materials Management (Warehouse, Receiving, NRB) from receipt of material to delivery.
  • Monitors the flow of material and leads efforts to ensure any break in material flow is resolved in a timely manner.
  • This role also included responsibility for QN coordination for Subsea Services/Shared Services.
  • Responsible for identifying inefficient flow practices, making recommendation for improvement and leading collaborative efforts to change minds and behavior bringing about lasting process improvement.
  • Assist Materials Management/Inventory Control with efforts to reduce waste: labor hours, unnecessary material movement, material cost, expediting cost
  • This position serves as a liaison for: finance, procurement, planning, quality, operations and workshops.
  • Ensures cooperation and interaction across diverse stakeholders both internal and external to the organization, often managing conflicting interests and/or demanding customers and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree preferred. 6-8 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in MRP and SAP with a minimum of two functional areas(Warehouse, Receiving, Inventory preferred).
  • Ability to prepare and present reports to management. Lean experience. (Process Mapping, 5s, Kaizen, SMIQ).




Job Title: Systems Test Engineer
Responsibilities
  • Provides “Project Support” as required, for all new projects which includes: assisting with project Factory Acceptance Tests and Systems Integration Testing.
Main Tasks
  • Administers and directs procurement at plant location to assure that all components, supplies, and services essential to the operation of the plant are delivered on a timely basis and in the quality and quantity consistent with the policy and the lowest total cost.
  • Administers and directs an effective raw, including production and the purging of obsolescence and the direct reporting of rejects and scrap; continually improve inventory turns.
  • Administers and directs an effective Cost Improvement Program for reducing the material cost of products, suppliers, 3rd party services, and maintenance/repairs components at plants.
  • Coordinates Engineering changes with all suppliers ensure a smooth transition.
  • Works across functions and the supply base in development of more effective JIT delivery schedules, including application of contemporary techniques, e.g./ containerization, remote warehousing, multiple stop delivery service, point of use stocking, hardware consignment, etc.
  • Develops effective logistic solutions to deliver product to multiple locations including international locations.
  • Trains, monitors and coaches team members to improve skill level, to ensure adherence to principles, policies and standards and to improve safety, quality and process reliability in a cost effective manner. Facilitates communications, problem resolution and provides appropriate feedback, both positive and corrective within the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a strong mechanical background. 
  • 4 years’ mechanical, electronic and/or hydraulic related experience in an oilfield equipment environment and successful completion of the FMC's Subsea Service Technician Apprentice Program or Engineering Boot Camp


Job Title:  Installation Engineer
Responsibilities
  • Applies expert product knowledge and seasoned experience to broader scope and more complex problems and projects during FMC’s offshore operations. 
  • Works independently to establish design requirements, conceptualize, plan and execute designs. 
  • Regularly takes a lead role in assigned projects as assigned by the Technical Manager.
  • Trains, monitors and coaches team members to improve skill level, to ensure adherence to principles, policies and standards and to improve safety, quality and process reliability in a cost effective manner.
Main Tasks
  • Support installation and commissioning of instrumentation systems
  • Interfaces with technical professionals inside and outside the local organization
  • Solicits understanding and support of line managers for major projects
  • Solicits understanding and support of line managers for major projects

  • Completes Field Non-Conformance Reports (FNCR) forms as product problems are encountered. Assures all equipment and procedural defects are communicated back to FMC Management.
  • Maintains communication with Company Representative on issues including job procedures, spare parts requirements, function fit and critical dimension measurements.
  • Assists with training of less experienced process technicians.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 6-8 years’ relevant experience; 
  • Master’s degree in Engineering is plus 2 -4year’s experience, or 8-12 years’ experience in the service, maintenance, and design of sophisticated Topside and subsea control systems.
