Job Title: Digital Marketing Expert
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Are you adept at using digital tools for marketing?
- What you'll do
- Planning and executing our digital marketing campaigns on platforms including web, email/newsletters and social media
- Maintaining our social media presence across various digital channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and other platforms Nigerian and international forums
- Analysis, measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing campaign budget and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies
- Employing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Finding and recommending opportunities for collaboration to increase visibility through events (online).
- Plan and develop tech related Content, including articles, newsletters and infographics.
- Build, grow and maintain a robust mailing list for newsletters
- What we are looking for in you:
- A deep understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Team spirit and initiative
- Excellent communication skills - writing, speaking
- Ability to work on graphics to go with posts is a distinct advantage.
- Good knowledge of the Nigerian and global tech space.
- Ability to create thoughtful and enticing marketing campaigns

Requirements
You should have the following:
- Minimum of OND, HND / BSc Preferred
- A minimum of 1 year experience in Digital Marketing.
- Candidate must be social media savvy and possess good customer skills
- Broad knowledge of social media management tools
- Demonstrable experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Proven knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- An eye for detail is a MUST
- Multimedia/ Graphics Design Experience is an added advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary for this role.
- Must reside on the mainland preferably, Ikeja, Berger, Ogba and its environs or nearby.

Job Title: Chinese Language Translator
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- A Chinese Language translator who can interpreter English Language to Chinese language (Mandarin).
Job Responsibilities
- Relate with the customers and clients.
- Negotiate business on behalf of the company.
- Translate from Mandarin to English language for clear understanding and easy communication vice-versa.
- Passing of information to the company employees in clear terms and understanding.
- Assist the company in other administrative duties.
- Collating report as regards sales, production and employees report in Chinese Language.
- Act as a personal assistant to the MD.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of OND
- A minimum of 1 year experience in Chinese/Mandarin language translation (spoken & written).
- Relationship Studies.
- Professional Qualification/Training in Chinese Language (Mandarin) will be of advantage
- Must be able to speak, translate document, recordings and conversations done in Chinese language in a swift and effective manner.

Job Title: Experienced Customer Service / Front Desk Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Talk with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, researching and problem solving to ensure smooth package delivery.
- Document the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system.
- Assist customers, consumers and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery.
- Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience.
- Troubleshoot, research, resolve or escalate issues as necessary.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Minimum OND, HND/BSC Preferred
- 1-2 years experience in Customer Relationship Management will be a plus.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and in team environments
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
