Job Title: Warehouse Assistant

Location: Abuja

Job Descriptions

  • Assesses the availability of space and prepare stacking/storage plans prior to container arrivals.
  • Responsible for loading and unloading furniture and delivering to client’s destination
  • Supervises the receipt of all arriving consignments
  • Monitors the quantity and quality of cargo stored
  • Assemble, clean and load furniture into customers’ vehicle
  • Carries out regular physical random warehouse checks of cargo and reports observation.
  • Load and unload products from delivery trucks and products from trailers shipped directly to the warehouse
  • Carries out timely identification and documentation of stock management
  • Always maintains tidy store environment
  • Oversees activities of store loaders
  • Observes all HSE regulations and requirements in the warehouse
  • Reports on daily warehouse positions.
  • Works to ensure that accurate and complete accounting, reporting and internal control systems are functioning and that all records are properly maintained.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, professional appearance by being properly uniformed and groomed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND in Logistics, Supply chain, Business Administration, any other relevant discipline is required
  • Minimum of 2 years cognate experience in related field.

 

 

 

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Abuja

Job Descriptions

  • Ensure every pre-assigned sales target is met each month.
  • Approach customers as they enter the showroom, inquire about the type of furniture they want, make suggestions and show them around
  • Manage the sales process and close every sale with potential customers.
  • Politely respond to questions/inquires raised by customers, conduct suggestive selling to move multiple products, process the paperwork and arrange financing when needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of customers who do not make a purchase and follow up as needed.
  • maintain a clean and organized appearance of the showroom by regularly dusting and arranging displays, putting up any point-of-sale information and tags accurately
  • Constantly learn about new products and be able to explain specific features of various products to customers.
  • Ensure maximum focus is given to excellent service and customer satisfaction.
  • Process quotes and sales orders
  • Assist in showroom set-up, design, and presentation of products
  • Convert visitors into lifelong clients by being able to deliver timely follow-up, provide quality service, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Explain different customizable features to customers and show them how to maximize their features.
  • Notify installers after closing a sales deal to collapse and package purchases.
  • Represent and promote the organization’s products and services at events such as sales parties
  • Conduct outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers via telephone and e-mail to sell products and services.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Social Sciences or any other relevant discipline is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in sales
  • Knowledge of commercial interiors and office furniture are considered a plus

 

 

 

Job Title: Installer

Location: Abuja

Job Descriptions

  • Perform efficient installation and assembly of furniture within clients’ facilities
  • Assist with unloading and offloading furniture’s and delivering to client’s destination
  • Properly and safely assemble furniture as designed for display within the showroom.
  • Respect customer’s surroundings, act professionally, always be aware that you are working in their space.
  • Assemble, install, and repair furniture and office equipment in customers’ homes or offices using the right work tools
  • Assemble, clean, and load furniture into customers vehicles
  • Load and unload product from delivery trucks and product from trailers shipped directly to the showroom.
  • Perform showroom clean-up, remove all cartons and packaging, and ensures a high degree of customer satisfaction with the finished appearance of the site.
  • Maintain a “positive” and cooperative “can do” attitude especially during problem resolution and difficult situations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE or other related Technical Qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years of installation or field service experience in the commercial furniture industry
  • Knowledge of commercial interiors and office furniture are considered a plus
