Vincintoire Limited -Our client, a Microfinance Bank in Lagos, urgently requires the services of :     Job Title: Team Lead Marketing/Treasury Location: Lagos Job Description:

• Ideal candidate must be self motivated, mentally agile, innovative, accurate & detailed oriented with great communication skills.
• Candidate must have solid grasp of analytics, inbound marketing and Microfinance Experience.

Key tasks:

• Plan, develop & implement the Sales & Marketing strategies in line with the business objectives to achieve business & market share growth.
• Undertake periodic analysis of business performance & table the Sales & Marketing status reports for Management.
• Ensure products & services adequately meet the target market needs and the Sales & Marketing Team is adequately trained to achieve its target & deliver quality.
• Drive vigorously the deposit mobilization activities & initiatives of the bank. Assess the market size n perform market segmentation to identify and project sizable market opportunities of the business.
• Coordinate products promotional activities & events and ensure adherence to Bank and product guidelines .
• Work continuously on the savings/deposits and loan products to adapt them to potentially increasing competition, or customer demands, making sure that those products meet the Banks business strategy & profitability requirements .
• Monitor competing products and Services in the market and advise Bank stakeholders for necessary action.

• B.Sc or HND Accounting, Sales & Marketing
• 5 years working in Similar Environment.
• Professional qualifications is an added advantage.
