Telecommunications Solutions Limited is a licensed Private Network service provider specializing in the provision of Local Area Network (LAN), Enterprise Wide Area Networks (WAN), and Metropolitan Area Network (MAN) link connectivity using Fiber Optic and Wireless Communication infrastructure and access networks. We are the provider of an Open Access Network technology with the aim of providing seamless fiber connectivity to thousands of businesses across the country.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

Job Title: Logistics Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all supply chain operations.
  • Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
  • Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
  • Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
  • Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
  • Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
  • Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
  • Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and retailers.
  • Answering customer queries.

Requirements

  • OND or NCE or HND or Degree equivalent  in Business Administration, Logistics or related field preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in logistics management required.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
  • Good management and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

 

 



Job Title: Customer Relation Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements

  • OND or HND or general education degree, or equivalent.
  • 1 - 2 years work experience.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Experience working with customer support.
