Job Title: IT / Account Officer Location: Kebbi
Main Function
  • The holder of the office will assist with Technical Services, troubleshooting and handling IT related issues, handling and management of the accounts of the Station and reporting to the Main Office. Also, as is necessary, assist in the aspect of business development as directed by supervisor.
Role and Task Complexities
  • Assists in identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software, systems and system security
  • Assist in developing and implementing IT policies and best practice guides for the Station of duty as well as the Organization
  • Assists in conducting regular system audits and software performance tuning
  • Software installation and networking of systems
  • Email set-up, troubleshooting and management and server administration and management
  • Designing technical architecture to assist in simplifying and improve office processes as well as integrating systems and automating processes
  • Designs Report templates and coordinates daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports of activities in the station
  • Prompt update on all current vouchers and cash books for payment
  • Oversee accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
  • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
  • Manage and reconcile all accounts and make certain all financial reporting deadlines are met
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close processes
  • Prompt resolution of accounting discrepancies and irregularities
  • Prepare budget for staff, Caution fee and vendor payment
  • Oversee accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
  • Collect and analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems
Experience/Qualification
  • Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science and/or degree in Accounting or related field
  • 1-3 years experience in relevant and related role
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment

Job Title: Station / Workshop Manager Location: Kebbi
Main Function
  • Responsible for all operations in the field and location deployed and shall be the company representative on operation site/location deployed. Responsible for leading, directing and managing entire station functions to assure entire departments as well as staff implement service agreements.
Role and Task Complexities
  • Head responsibility for sales and marketing, business development and new account development to assure maximum agricultural revenue is developed for station.
  • Responsible to operators for the machines and implements on the operation site
  • Organize and monitor all agricultural machines, equipment and implements for various projects and ensure compliance to Company’s objectives.
  • Carry out evaluation and monitoring of all agricultural machines, equipment and implements in the State of Operations.
  • Track and maintain budgets of operational costs
  • Prepare and report on inventory of all agricultural equipment, implements machines, spare parts and movement of tractors in operation site
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases of the tractors and implements.
  • Complete all projects within required timeframe to ensure optimal quality standards for same and monitor efficient working of multiple projects
  • Guide, lead and support staff daily on issues if any associated with human resources, operations, communication, standardizing procedures, revenue enhancement and systems applications.
  • Develop and implement plans, policies and programs to attain anticipated company needs in areas of functional responsibility.
  • Review evaluation of costs, activities, operations and anticipate data to identify progress toward established business development objectives and goals.
  • Ensure tractor hiring and movement is being expedited safely plus in a timely manner.
Qualifications And Experience
  • BSc in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position

Job Title: Security Guard Location: Kebbi
Main Function
  • To patrol and protect assigned property, promote and enforce safety and security and act as a visible deterrent against irregular activity.
Role and Task Complexities
  • Patrol designated property to monitor and prevent intrusion, damage, hazards and breaches of security
  • Protect property, machines and equipment and staff from theft, damage, trespassing or accidents
  • Provide a visible presence that enforces safety and security
  • Identify and investigate suspicious behavior, threats and irregular activity
  • Respond to alarms and requests for help
  • Monitor and control entrance and departure of employees and visitors according to prescribed protocol
  • Detect and confront unauthorized persons and violators of security procedures
  • Enforce relevant laws and regulations pertaining to all individuals on the property and report rule infractions and violations
  • Monitor and prevent movement of prohibited items into and out of property
  • Conduct exterior property checks for maintenance issues, malfunctions or hazards
  • Contact relevant authorities to deal with unlawful or irregular activities
  • Prepare written reports of daily activities, observations and incidents
  • Ensure free flow of traffic within the premises
  • Ensure that machines and equipment are properly parked with the designated areas
Qualification, Knowledge and Competencies
  • West African Senior Secondary Certificate / NECO or GED certificate
  • Knowledge of state laws and regulations
  • Working knowledge of security operations and safety practices
  • Working knowledge of enforcement policies and procedures
  • No disqualifying criminal history
  • Be at least 21 years of age
