  • Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
  • Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
  • Supervise orders and arrange stocking of materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
  • Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc.
  • To achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
  • Plan and track the shipment of final goods according to customer requirements
  • Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
  • Prepare accurate reports for management.
Specifications
  • OND in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant field
  • Proven experience as logistics coordinator
  • Experience in customer service will be appreciated
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements

The Candidate
  • The successful candidate will have a strong academic record and experience working in a multinational organization, preferably in an accounting firm or its equivalent.
  • Experience in financial reporting or operational accounting process in modern transportation industry is also desirable.
Requirements The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science with a minimum of Second Class (Upper Division), in Accounting or Finance
  • Master of Science, MBA or a professional accounting qualification
  • 3-7 years experience in an accounting/external audit role
  • NYSC discharge or exemption certificate
  • Strong analytical skills and computer proficiency
