We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:       Job Title: Confidential Secretary Location: Lagos Job Descriptions

  • Develop and maintain accurate filing and retrieval system
  • Perform any other task assigned by the Executive Director.
  • Maintain calendars for the Executive Director; arranging meetings, conferences and travels.
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms as required
  • Complete request by attending to visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Facilitate the compilation of regular monthly reports from all department of the organization
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level for the office of the Executive Director.
Academic Qualification/Skills
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any Social Science related courses
  • 2-3 years proven work experience as a secretary in a corporate organization
  • Good knowledge of office organization and optimization techniques
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
