  • The job of Finance Officer Operations and MIS entails ensuring that books are properly kept and that the GLs are well managed.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Management of Bank Reconciliation and the team
  • Management of Accruals and Provisions
  • Health check of daily GL and archiving
  • Develop scripts that will pull out the relevant information from T24
  • Understands the T24 table relationships and using them to build reports
  • Managing of fixed assets register
  • Raising depreciation and amortization entries
  • Coordination of all officers handling bank reconciliation
  • General Ledger Management
  • Proposing of adjustments arising from reconciliations
  • Reviewing of income reversal requests before they are sent to Management for approval
  • End of Month and End of Year books closure
  • Interaction with the external Auditors
  • Designing of SOP on bank reconciliation and general ledger management
Qualifications
  • B.Sc Accounting and Finance
  • ICAN/ACCA Certification
  • Ability to use T24 banking software
