Our application facilitates transactions, such as bill payment, airtime and data purchase, fund transfer, withdrawals, account opening, transport ticketing, examination result checker, betting, on-demand services, e-commerce, savings, and more. As an innovative solution provider with expertise in value-added services and on-demand service delivery, our focus is on reaching the underserved and unbanked market by retailing services through an agent distribution network.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT / Product Support Officer

Location: Ajao Estate, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with business units to support and identify opportunities for product development and existing product enhancements.
• Assist the IT support / development team to evaluate complex customer problems, identifying root causes and deriving resolutions.
• Work with the IT / Project team to provide product-related support to new and existing agents / end-users.
• Monitor ongoing transactions on the platform and prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports of all successful transactions
• Collaborate with team to evaluate failures, bugs, systemic problems, and recommend possible suggestions, improvements or requirements.
• Update and provide daily / weekly / monthly report on all sales of the company’s products and services.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Computer Science or its equivalent
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as an Operations Support Officer Preferably in a Fintech / Financial Institution
• Organizational skills and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work well in a team and as an individual.
• Excellent IT skills and product knowledge of Fintech Products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
