Job Title: IT Manager 

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting system
• Configuration of Laptops.
• Quick resolution of Internet, 3CX issues
• Develop payment processed- vendor payment, agency etc
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Maintaining and troubleshooting Local Area Network related issues for voice, data & Power
• Maintaining and troubleshooting internet connectivity and Email challenges
• Maintaining and troubleshooting all computer hardware and software related problems
• Generating periodic reports of the status of all ICT related issues within the organization
• Monitoring the Closed Circuit Television
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

Salary
N400,000 per month.
