Job Title: IT Engineer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze IT requirements related to warehouse management systems.
• Gather feedback from end-users and work towards continuous improvement in the efficiency of warehouse IT systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, particularly those related to warehouse management systems.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable IT solutions to enhance warehouse operations.
• Timely troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to warehouse management systems.
• Provide support for system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations, focusing on optimizing warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Engineer, with a significant focus on warehouse management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of WMS software, with hands-on experience in implementation and maintenance.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with [specific WMS software used by the company].
• Familiarity with supply chain and logistics processes.
• Certifications in relevant technologies or warehouse management systems.

Salary
N300,000 - N600,000 Monthly.
