We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Invoice Controller

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Description

  • The Invoice Controller is responsible for monitoring, verifying, and processing inbound invoices, ensuring accuracy in quantity, price, and item details, and coordinating with various departments to resolve discrepancies and maintain up-to-date records.

Invoice Monitoring and Verification:

  • Refresh the admin app regularly to monitor newly inbounded invoices.
  • Compare inbounded items with the corresponding invoice and Purchase Order (PO) in SAP to ensure accuracy in item details, quantity, and price.
  • Approve the inbound items on the admin app to reflect changes on the API.
  • Update the PO according to the actual inbound items and invoice, then send it for approval.

Coordination and Discrepancy Resolution:

  • Coordinate with the admin team to resolve any discrepancies between inbound items and invoices.
  • Raise any price discrepancies to the Category Leader.
  • Liaise with the Finance team to resolve any issues or pending matters.

Reporting and Tracking:

  • Generate the margins tracker daily and share it with the category leaders.
  • Update the PO tracker with received POs to maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in invoice management, procurement, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SAP and other inventory management systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve discrepancies effectively.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
