Our source of energy ensures conservation of energy and quick power supply for immediate utilization for end users. O J Wale Pillars Metal and Tech Limited was registered on 24th of April 2015 with the Corporate Affairs Commission. However, we have been in the Solar energy business since 2010 (10 years ago), while Battery Hunters Limited as subsidiary was registered on 19th July, 2019.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: Oshodi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Inventory Manager on all inventory-related matters.
  • Ensures proper storage of warehouse products.
  • Maintaining the warehouse’s physical conditions such as general cleanliness, organization layout and design in a way that will ensure maximum space utilization.
  • Working directly with the Purchasing Department (Scrap Sections) to ensure proper stocking levels in kg/tons are maintained and carry out monthly stock records book checking in line with the system.
  • Assist in coordinatingthe Stocks Loading Records for scrap supply and monitor the delivery to their destination.
  • Assist in facilitating the returns of malfunctions of faulty products back to the Manufacturers Factory or suppliers.
  • Maintaining Standard of health and safety, hygiene and security.
  • Producing reports and statistics regularly as at whenever it is needed.
  • Give feedback to the Account Department and Auditor for proper update.
  • Assist in monitoring the movement of Goods in Transit and ensure that both the Waybill and stock/goods are delivered to the right destination from the sources.
  • Ensuring regular and daily posting of Waybill across all the branches.
  • Carrying out periodic stocks assessment across all the branches through the platform, stock books and system checking for accuracy in comparison.
  • Assist in daily monitoring and follow up through phone call to other depot in order to maintain records accuracy.
  • Attending to other assignment as may be assigned by superiors or Management.

Other Requirements / Qualification and Skill

  • Minimum of a First Degree or the equivalent in a Business-related course.
  • 4 years work experience which should include work in a warehouse.
  • Business process and control analysis
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Keen Attention to details
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills written and spoken
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Power point)
  • Able to work on weekends when required.
  • Strong Organizational skills

  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Good leadership and team building skills

Salary
N65,000 - N70,000 / month.
