International Customer Service Representative Recruitment at DeltaComGroup


DeltaComGroup is a leading global telecommunications company who is in the process of expanding into the Nigerian telecommunications market and is looking to hire a suitably qualified candidate for the vacant position below:     Job Title: International Customer Service Representative Location: Nigeria Main Duties

  • Perform customer reconciliations prior to billing
  • Logistics management and tracking of national and international shipments
  • Management and resolution of logistical and administrative incidents
  • Communication with internal departments (sales, warehouse, laboratory, purchasing, etc.) to make sure implementation of repair and sales contracts are done properly
  • Perform internal monitoring of repair and sales activities of assigned customer accounts and provide customer service support to all customer requests and operational requirements.
  • Telephone and email customer service
  • Attend customer meetings to follow-up and report on repair activities
  • Modifying and registering codes in corporate SAP Business One system
  • Save repair and sales orders in corporate SAP Business One system
  • Daily incident resolution at administrative level in SAP Business One system
  • Track internal KPIs against customer agreement (repair times, irreparability coefficient, failed repairs, etc.).
  • Prepare periodic reports for clients according to their requirements
  • Prepare internal reports
Experience:
  • At least 2 years in similar position and preferably in repair activity
  • Experience and desirable knowledge of SAP
Academic Certification / Courses Taken
  • Required: finish school
  • Knowledge in International Logistics
  • High level Microsoft Office.
