We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Instrumentation Engineer

Location: Rivers
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

• Supervises field staff that maintain and service Efe production facilities, including overseeing well testing and monitoring, pumps, storage facility and other associated equipment.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Supervises routine production and maintenance operations activities as directed by production manager/Facility lead
• Perform periodic well integrity assurance tasks and activities (both well’s flowwetted and non-flow-wetted components).Ensure implementation of all planned, preventive, predictive and turnaround maintenance of rotating and non-rotating facilities.
• Coordinating with production/facility to model and optimize plant availability
• Monitor the plant risk and reliability management systems like Risk Based Inspection (RBI), Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), and Instrument Protective Function (IPF).
• Take requested samples for analyses, take and record field data requested for general monitoring of plant performance.

Key Skills Experience and Qualifications

• HND / Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
• 10 years E & P experience in the oil and /or gas industry out of which 5 years in Operations & Maintenance with E & I bias.
• Strategic thinking/ability to translate strategy into action
• Problem-solving
• Good organizational and communication
• Excellent work/professional experience
• Proficiency in the use of engineering software.
• Knowledgeable in As-built drawings and interpretation.
• Project management skills
• Leadership and team building

• Location: EFE Field- OML 152.
• Supervision, mentoring and provision of leadership for all O & M team members.
