The Institute of Human Virology, Nigeria (IHVN) was established in 2004 as a not-for-profit organization to address the HIV/AIDS crises in Nigeria through the development of infrastructure for treatment, care,
prevention, and support for people living with and those affected by HIV/AIDS, cancer, tuberculosis, malaria and other diseases. It is also established to implement scale-up of the US President Emergency Fund for AID Relief (PEPFAR) program and conduct research and training to promote quality evidence-based health systems strengthening. Our organization is a leading provider of treatment; care and support for people living with HIV/AIDS with headquarter in Abuja and regional offices in Lagos, Benin, Jos, Kano and the Federal Capital Territory.

Job Title:  HEAD, DEPARTMENT OF STRATEGIC INFORMATION
Our Institute is a leading provider of treatment, care and support for people living with HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, Malaria and other infectious diseases with headquarters in Abuja and Regional offices in Benin, Jos, Kano and the Federal Capital Territory. We require competent and result-oriented candidates to fill the position above.

SUMMARY/OVERVIEW
Provide strategic leadership and coordination for Strategic Information activities and staff at the Institute of Human Virology, Nigeria through effective supervision of staff and effective project management to meet program targets. Implement and oversee best practices in program-level data and individual patient data collection, data management, and data reporting at the health facility-level, regional-level, and at national-level. Support the Government of Nigeria Strategic Information activities at all levels.

Job Title: PROGRAM ANALYST (QUALITY ASSURANCE/ QUALITY IMPROVEMENT)

SUMMARY/OVERVIEW
Examine the framework for implementation of IHVN programs to guide decision making, identify effectiveness and improve the operation of activities. Conduct operational evaluations of IHVN programs that include; data collection, management and analysis, preparation of comprehensive reports that outline the purpose, specify questions, the detailed evaluation findings and offer recommendations for program improvements. Develop effective strategies for improving program implementation and program data. Be an agent for change within the organization through program evaluation and the implementation of workable, practical, and sustainable processes that enhance productivity.

Job Title:  DIRECTOR, DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY MEDICINE

SUMMARY/OVERVIEW
Medical degree - MD, MBBS, BMChB or Advanced degrees in Nursing• In addition, applicant must have: Postgraduate qualifications preferably Fellowship of the Postgraduate Medical/Nursing Colleges (Nigerian, West African) or Doctorate degree in Public Health or allied fields or MPH with more than 5 years experience in Program Implementation and at least 10 years in practice.
