  • The IT Project Engineer will be responsible for the execution of IT Engineering projects. This role will review project proposals, develop and implement project plans, regularly interact with stakeholders, and provide all project reports and documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodology, Market-standard services, Human Centred Design, Integration Solutions, Business Analysis, Information Risk Management, IT Service Management, Software Engineering and Information, and IT Project Management.
  • The Business Analyst is responsible for identifying and documenting the business needs of their clients and stakeholders and helping to determine feasible solutions to meet business needs or resolve business problems. This position will give you the opportunity to grow to become an active thought partner and solution visionary who shapes the technology demand and direction in the business community.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any of IT, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • Knowledge of Business Analysis techniques and tools.
  • Ability to take a systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving and pay close attention to detail.
  • Experience analyzing the alignment between business requirements and system capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Ability to communicate concisely and clearly.
  • CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA certification preferred.
  • Agile project experience.
  • Understanding of systems engineering concepts and data/process analysis and modeling.
  • Knowledge of the technology landscape including current and future developments and the most commonly available products and integrated solutions.

  • An Application Support Engineer/Service Support Analyst typically works in Landscape Management or Service Management teams and is responsible for continually monitor and measure service performance to ensure the reliable and secure delivery of application and infrastructure services to business end-users.
  • They also get involved in change and/or enhancement requests to application landscapes/infrastructure components to ensure changes are released into the Production environment without any impact on service continuity.
  • Application Support Engineer/Service Support Analysts are also involved in Problem and Incident Management processes for the application landscape or infrastructure services they are responsible for. In this area, they ensure incidents are appropriately escalated and resolved while at times also providing deep technical expertise to troubleshoot issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any of IT, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • Proficiency in IT Service Management skills, a good knowledge of Agile methodology, Business Analysis, Change Management, Business Partnering, Information Risk Management, and Integration Solutions are added advantages
  • The IT Support Analysts will provide technical support and issues resolutions to end-users, relating to software, hardware, and peripherals. This job role will also respond to, documentations and resolutions of service tickets according to Service Level Agreements
