Human Resource Manager Job in a Financial Technology Company


Our client, a key player in the Fintech Company, seeks to recruit a professional, who will be responsible for developing and implementing key changes in management strategies and partners with Senior Management to improve staff and business performance of the company.   Job Title: Human Resource Manager Responsibilities.

  • Full participation in the Human Resource Strategic planning process.
  • Support the various divisions to contribute to and deliver initiatives such as induction, talent management, succession planning, and quarterly reviews
  • Instituting employee career planning needs, assessment, development, and training.
  • Ensuring compliance to legal and regulatory concerns regarding employees.
  • Administration of employee compensation, benefits, safety, welfare, wellness and health.
  • Recruitment and on-going development of a superior workforce using various sourcing channels.
  • Management of employee relations and communications activities.
  • Organisation of job training sessions for employees both internally and externally.
  • Be a source of Human resource knowledge.
  • Coordinate and work with external Human resource service providers.
  • Continuous adaption to changes in workplace systems or processes.
  • Development, implementation, administration and improvement of HR related policies and procedures.
  • Using various Human Resource Metrics to report and analyse HR Issues within the organisation.
  • Defining and implementing practices that will foster an employee-oriented high-performance culture with emphasis on company values, as well as empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards.
  • Development and Implementation of performance assessment models and Scorecards Company wide.
Qualifications/Competencies
  • Minimum of a Second class lower degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology or any related Social Science Discipline.
  • CIPM certification is a must.
  • 5 years’ experience in Human Resources.
  • Ability to articulate strategy along leadership skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement new policy and procedures
  • Demonstrable experience with HR Metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and Databases.
  • People oriented and resulted oriented.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced HR generalist role
  • Experience in managing and running payroll
