We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Assistant

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records.
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans

Requirements and Skills

• BSc. in Human Resource Management or any other relevant discipline
• Proven experience of at least 1 year as a Human Resource Assistant
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, benefit, etc)

Salary
N70,000 / month.
