Job Description
- We are looking for a HubSpot CRM Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our marketing automation and CRM efforts using HubSpot.
- This role will focus on optimizing our use of HubSpot to enhance lead generation, nurture campaigns, and overall marketing performance.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, hands-on experience with HubSpot, and the ability to analyze and improve marketing processes.
Responsibilities
HubSpot Management:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of HubSpot CRM, including setup, configuration, and optimization.
- Create, maintain, and optimize HubSpot workflows, email campaigns, and lead scoring models.
- Ensure data integrity and cleanliness within HubSpot, including segmentation and list management.
Campaign Development and Execution:
- Design, implement, and analyze marketing campaigns using HubSpot’s marketing automation tools.
- Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion through HubSpot.
- Create and optimize landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action to drive engagement and conversions.
Strategy and Optimization:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve CRM processes and marketing automation.
- Stay up-to-date with HubSpot updates, new features, and industry best practices to continuously enhance marketing efforts.
- Conduct A/B testing and other optimization strategies to improve campaign performance and ROI.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for marketing campaigns and overall CRM health.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and other relevant KPIs.
- Utilize HubSpot’s reporting tools to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and processes.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure marketing materials are effective and engaging.
- Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot best practices and functionalities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5years of experience in a marketing role with hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
- HubSpot Marketing Software Certification.
- HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
