Job Title: HRBP / Admin Officer

Location: Festac Town, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

To provide well trained professional employees with passion and motivation to drive the business in line with the company’s vision & mission statement while also enabling career growth.
Manage employees efficiently to bring out the best towards the realisation of company’s goals and objectives.
Motivate employees to take advantage of personal development opportunities and be able to welcome and appreciate suggestions for improvement.
Set policies and procedures for training, coaching, counseling, and career development for clerical staff.
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.

Admin:

Monitor and procure needed supplies for office, deli, kitchen etc.
Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
Coordinate in-house and external events
Manage the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
Manage office supplies stock and place orders
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements
