A Consulting Firm is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Partnership Officer
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

• To represent the Bank and serve as the principal intermediary between the Bank and outsourcing firms and ensurevendors provide quality servicesas agreed.
• To ensure new hires have a warm, smooth and hitch-free on-boarding experience,by providing an excellence service from the point of documentation to settling down.

Qualification

• First Degree in Humanities and any related field
• Professional Qualification will be an added advantage.

Work Experience

• 3 - 4 years in core HR experience.

Skills:

• Vendor management skills.
• Ability to travel.
• Organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly Gross.
