Job Title: HR Officer - Freelance

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Temporary

Responsibilities

  • Approving job descriptions and advertisements
  • Facilitating staff training sessions and activities
  • Facilitating performance management
  • Policy documentation
  • Provide counselling and support on policies and procedures
  • Plan and implement training programs
  • Provide advise on Labour laws and best practices
  • Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.
  • Payroll Management
  • Pensions and benefits administration

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Possess a B.Sc in Human Resource or any other relevant field
  • Good knowledge of labour laws
  • Verbal & Written Communication
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an HR assistant
  • Excellent at Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word document)
