Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Sector: Manufacturing (Automobile)

Responsibilities

  • Supporting HR management in all workforce development, recruitment, and training
  • Process new hire paperwork and guide employees through orientation
  • Providing support to the workforce
  • Maintaining employee records and data
  • Process new hire medical examinations.
  • Compute staff pensions
  • Coordinate payroll information
  • Maintaining employee database, records, and applicant tracking database.
  • Process employee benefits
  • Process weekly allowances
  • Conducting employee evaluations and performance management
  • Conducting exit interviews

Requirements

  • BSc / HND in relevant field
  • 4 years+ experience as an HR generalist in a manufacturing company.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labour laws
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Additional HR training will be a plus
  • Must be willing to work Monday to Saturday.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and people skills

Salary
N300,000 (gross) per month.
