Job Title: HR & Admin Manager Location: Lagos
Job Description
  • The HR & Admin Manager is directly responsible for the overall administrative activities within the organization ensuring the run smoothly by providing administrative support to all employees; and also, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function.
Core Duties
  • Maintain other records, reports and logs to conform with SEC, NSE and CBN regulations
  • Evaluate reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed
  • Handle all office events and travel logistics for both management and members of staff
  • Facility management
  • Develop, administer, and oversee the various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel
  • Oversee centralized operations and support services
  • Plan, organize and control all activities of the department plan and design ground maintenance
  • Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems
  • Develop and maintains affirmative action program; personnel files
  • Perform HR Generalist functions
Requirements
  • Masters in Human Resource Management plus professional certification will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of various office software.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any related course
  • 7 - 10 years work experience with at least 4 years recent experience in HR in a financial services company
