Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Position Summary

  • The Marketing manager will develop, implement and maintain a marketing communications strategy to increase awareness of the company’s services, engage existing clients and promote services to prospective clients.
  • You will play a crucial role in helping the company to position her solutions/services as a brand through the creation of marketing campaigns with the ultimate goal of business expansion.

Some Duties and Responsibilities

  • Working with the upper management to set the marketing strategy for the company
  • Overseeing / managing content production, PR and corporate communications (promotion materials inclusive) Negotiating and liaising with third - party marketing agencies and constantly seeking new opportunities for the business to succeed in the market place
  • Monitoring the marketing department budget and making sure the budget spend is delivering ROI

Experience and Educational Requirements

  • Minimum of a Master's Degree level of knowledge in Marketing or Branding
  • Professional certification in Marketing, branding or public relations
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Marketing professional.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Demonstrable track record of driving business outcomes through marketing channels by rapidly acting on insights and bringing new ideas, with a focus on continuous optimization
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising multi – channel digital campaigns that deliver positive ROI
  • Desire to work on niche B2B products

Salary

  • N170,000 - N300,000 monthly.

 

 



Job Title: General Manager, Sales

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Position Summary

  • As a Sales leader, you will develop an integrated approach in driving market share maintenance/expansion, must demonstrate a high sales performance to meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.
  • You will be responsible for maximizing the sales teams’ potentials, strategizing and justifying these plans/ tactics to the upper management.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company customer base
  • Identifying emerging markets and market shifts and keeping company innovative and competitive
  • Present sales, revenue, expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team/upper management
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales managers and officers

Experience and Educational Requirements

  • Minimum of a Master's Degree level of knowledge in Business Administration or related field
  • 8 - 15 years experience as Head of Business development, strategy/revenue generation

Minimum Requirements:

  • Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and sales expertise
  • Excellent mentoring and people management skills
  • Vast sales experience in South West and Northern region of Nigeria is greatly desired.

Salary

  • N500,000 - N600,000 monthly. Commission is provided based on company's policy.
