We are focused on building new Nigerian communities primarily in Lagos and other places all over Nigeria. Job Title: Head of Sales

Location: Lagos

Summary

  • As the Head of Sales at Riveton Homes and Properties Limited, you will play a critical role in managing and leading our sales team to drive revenue and achieve business objectives.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing the sales process, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize market potential.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success and professional growth.
  • Set sales targets and performance metrics for the team, regularly monitoring progress and taking corrective actions as necessary.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Identify market opportunities and trends, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and initiatives to support sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, acting as a primary point of contact for major accounts.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the real estate market, competition, and customer needs to drive effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for presentation to senior management. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a successful sales leader in the real estate industry, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market dynamics, trends, and customer behaviour.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret sales data and market insights to drive informed decisions.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a sales team.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • The results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.

Salary Range
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
