Job Title: Head, Business Development and Strategy
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Role Expectation

• Encouraging new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals
• Advises clients on the best investment opportunities and strategies for their lifestyle.
• Analyzing current and past financial data and providing strategies to cut costs and increase revenue
• Delivers presentations on client portfolios and recent market trends.
• Leading the charge on market research plans to identify new opportunities
• Working with executives to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities
• Tracking expenses and maintaining the company budget
• Ensuring that the company meets revenue targets
• Providing training and mentoring to other members of the team
• Developing and pitching ideas for potential investors.

Requirements

• Qualification: B.Sc. (Economics, Accounting, Banking and Finance); A postgraduate Degree (MSc. / MBA) in any of the aforementioned Course will be an added advantage)
• Year of Experience: 10 Years in Relationship Management Role.

Skills Expectation:

• Strong grasp of Excel demonstrated by ability to build, monitor, review and update complex and analyses;
• Ability to evolve appropriate business strategy and operations, processes and key drivers to drive profitability.
• Ability to demonstrate high degree of numerical, verbal and analytical competence.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated with a mastery in written communication and presentations;
• Ability to multi task and work closely with individuals from a broad variety of backgrounds
• Personable team player, with the ability to gain confidence and trust of colleagues.
