Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager

Job Description

  • Create and drive the global/national marketing strategy and playbook.
  • Own and deliver our Marketing Roadmap.
  • Craft our brand voice to ensure we communicate effectively with our customers and partners.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
  • Find opportunities to rapidly grow customer acquisition
  • Strategies with Commercial on how to optimize pricing tiers for growth
  • Be at the forefront of our customer acquisition model, obsessed with all things growth marketing.
  • Working with the senior management team on positioning Salad and our offerings and delivering content to enable sales.
  • Liaise with HR to create a compelling employer brand, as a great place to work
  • Manage our agency usage and partnership engagements.
  • Set, monitor, and report on team goals and KPIs.
  • Continuous market analysis to understand our position in an ever-changing environment.
  • Drive the digital marketing capability (website, SEO, social media channels)
  • Lead the messaging, positioning, content creation, solutions marketing, and delivery of marketing experiences that engage the target customer base
  • Provide reporting to the senior management team against agreed performance measures, and provide insights on future strategies
