Courier and Logistics Management Institute (CLMI) is an academic and a professional institute that is situated in Lagos, Nigeria. The Institute is the first and the only in the world that is combining courier, logistics, management and transport at the moment.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graphics Designer / Receptionist

Location: Ogudu GRA, Lagos

Job Description

• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles
• Typography knowledge
• Multimedia content development
• Media production, communication, and dissemination techniques
• Client facing communication
• Teamwork
• Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer
• Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
• Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
• Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
• Maintain the general office filing system.
• Organization, ability to juggle multiple projects
• Self directed
• Understanding browser capabilities

• Fluency of ideas

• Adaptability, flexibility
• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
• Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
• Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times

Working Hours:

• 8:00am to 5:00pm.
