Graduate Trainee - Mill Process and Production at Norsworthy Farms and Agro-Allied Industries

Norsworthy Farms and Agro-Allied Industries is a farm located in Delta State and currently has over a thousand hecters of palm fruit and a 10 ton/hr processing mill located in Akwukwu-Igbo area of the State.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graduate Trainee - Mill Process and Production
Location: Asaba, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• To ensure all palm products are manufactured within company quality.
• To ensure that mill runs at the highest possible processing efficiency.
• To ensure that the best manufacturing practice are followed at all times
• To enforce company policies and guidelines on processing to team.
• To ensure that production plans are completed by a certain time.
• To train and operate equipment according to specifications and standard operating procedures.
• To ensure all aspect of line changeover within the minimum time of processing.
• To foster team working Spirit among colleagues.
• To Ensure the provision of safety gear are worn during processing.
• To compile all daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• To schedule employee shifts and keep track of employee time.
• To maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process, settling processing variables,; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; implementing cost reductions; facilitating corrections to malfunctions with process control points.
• To ensure safe work environment and good housekeeping to avoid infractions on statutory regulations

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in relevant fields with 1 - 2 years work experience.
