Job Overview

  • As a Sales Trainee in Goonite (NG) Hygiene Products FZE, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the sales department within our organization.
  • This program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience and exposure to different facets of our business operations.
  • This Sales Trainee program offers a unique opportunity for individuals seeking to kick-start their career in Sales and develop into future leaders within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities in various regions across Nigeria.
  • Actively prospect, pitch, and close deals with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the sales manager.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Support the development and execution of trade marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and promote brand awareness.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to travel and work remotely in various locations across Nigeria.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities, with the confidence to close deals effectively.
