Job Title: Online Sales Specialist
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The Online Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and nurturing a sales pipeline by finding opportunities, closing contracts, managing customer relationships, achieving defined sales targets, and ensuring partner and customer satisfaction.
- He/She will support and grow the company's online sales business, targeting and building relationships with various clients.
Other Responsibilities include;
- Respond to all email, phone and chat leads immediately.
- Qualify each lead based on needs.
- Provide consistent follow-up to online leads with the goal of setting an appointment with the Onsite Sales Agents
- Provide information and marketing materials to leads, along with other important selling points of each community.
- Work with each lead to determine best community and floor plan.
- Utilize lead management software on a daily basis.
- Track and report on lead activity and sales conversion ratios.
Administrative Sales Personnel:
- Sales engagement and digital expert
- Take direction to understand accurate forecasting and close business within average sales cycle -Consistently achieve or exceed monthly target(s) established by supervisor.
- Work effectively in a collaborative work environment and professionally represent the brand to clients.
- Establish and build relationships with online clients to provide the best possible products and service.
- Significantly grow online revenue.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue sales goals.
- Explore other sales channels. make recommendations to management about other online sales platform feasibility and use.
Education Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree.
Other Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in product management.
- Proven experience in sales or sales development
- Team spirit, positive, self motivated and ability to work independently.
- Excellent spoken and written English,Good communication skills.
- High attention to detail

Job Title: Product Specialist
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking for a Product Specialist who will be responsible for monitoring all aspects of a product life cycle, including longand short-term development and marketing. Stay abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure the product's competitive position
- Work with business units in developing business plans to achieve company revenue goals and Interface with project managers and clients to determine the product's future direction.
Other Responsibilities include:
- Competitor analysis and research
- Become a product expert and support any local training in Nigeria
- Engage partners and customers to review the viability of new ideas
- Feedback these insights into the business
- Analyze new business models for palm credit and gather requirements for new features.
- Analyse competitive marketplace and industry trends to accordingly develop business strategies for revenue generation.
- Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product revisions.
- Recommend product enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities.
- Support marketing team in developing sales and marketing strategies for profitability.
- Assist in new product introduction and release activities.
- Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Title: Technical Support Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
The candidate will:
- Be responsible for the testing of the company's mobile products (Android/iOS/H5), including functional testing, interface testing, integration testing, performance testing, etc.
- Be responsible for the smooth running of the company’s mobile products systems and also ensuring users get maximum benefits from them.
- Be responsible for designing and creating websites in a way that makes it easy to navigate for users, while at the same time meeting the technical expectations of our projects.
- The ideal candidate should have well-rounded technical knowledge and also be an excellent communicator.
- Independently conduct test requirements analysis, design and writing of test cases, test execution, and preparation of test reports.
- Be good at using a variety of test methods, using auxiliary tools to quickly locate problems and improve efficiency.
- Continuously improve and optimize the testing process.
Job Requirements
- University degree or Higher National Diploma especially in Computer Sciences, Programming or related subjects.
- More than 2 years of relevant work experience, more than 1 year of mobile app (Android / iOS) test experience;
- Familiar with the Internet industry test environment and related technologies (HTTP protocol, RESTful API, etc.)
- Familiar with mobile devices, familiar with Android R&D and test project processes;
- Familiar with Linux common commands
- Familiar with the database, can write complex SQL scripts;
- Clear thinking and strong logical thinking skills
- Strong self-motivation and curiosity, good at learning new things, good teamwork spirit and strong communication skills.
- Have automated testing experience, and can complete the automation test framework builders preferred, such as: appium, selenium etc.
Job Title: Offline Sales Specialist
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking for an offline sales specialist who will be responsible for tasks that support the financial, marketing, customer care and sales goals for the organization.
- This position will focus on completing tasks to support customer experiences.
Other Functions include;
- Assist partners in the execution of channel marketing programs to increase product sales within customer base.
- Support partner marketing activities including trade shows, campaigns, and emails to develop brand awareness.
- Managing the sales of the product offline.
- Meeting with merchants and researching what they want.
- Explore other sales channels. make recommendations to management about other online sales platform feasibility and use.
- Support sales team with online sales activity and lead generation.
