Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

  • We are looking to employ an Administrative Officer to provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the company.
  • He/she will handle administrative tasks such as developing and carrying out an efficient documentation and filing system; scheduling meetings; preparing and typing reports and other administrative / communication materials; answering telephone calls; managing inventory; maintaining company records and welcoming visitors and clients.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies or other relevant field.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office / Excel / Power Point / Access.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Administrative / Clerical experience.
  • Full comprehension of Office Management systems.

 

 

 

Job Title: Marketing & Advert Executive

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

  • We are looking to employ ambitious and reliable individuals for the post of Marketing & Advert Executive to execute our marketing campaigns.
  • The candidates will be required to plan and manage the distribution of our publication and other publicity materials.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
  • 1 - 2 years experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of publication distribution network.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Executive.
  • Good communication and capacity-development skills.
  • Numeracy, organizational and analytical ability.

 

 

 

Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

  • We are looking to employ an experienced, proactive and driven Business Development Officer to improve the company’s business operation, identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase company sales.
  • The candidate will be required to plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with us. He/she will often be required to develop business proposals for new and existing clients as well as make presentations on our services.
  • The candidate must be adept at negotiating business deals and able to make sound decisions that will benefit the company. Ultimately, the suitable candidate must possess strong business acumen as well as demonstrate excellent management, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Management/ Sales or other relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Business Development experience.
  • Superior presentation, oral and written communication skills.
