Job Title: Human Resource Officer Location: Lagos
Job Summary
  • The Human Resource Officer is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level.
  • The duties include: talent management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, on boarding, policy implementation, affirmative action and employment law compliance.
Duties/ Responsibilities
  • Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains the employee handbook and the policies & procedures manual.
  • Improve Manager and employee performance by managing conflict, counselling, coaching and exit interviewing.
  • Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of every department and services performed.
  • Maintain human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement monthly and quarterly departmental goals indicating individual KPI’s and performance plans in line with the overall mission, vision and goals of the organisation.
  • Acquire and manage talent through proper recruitment and selection to the on boarding process for all levels in the organisation.
  • Perform compensation and benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, loan claims and administration, leave application process and revises as necessary.
  • Facilitate the performance appraisal process and provide the necessary feedback (coaching, pep talk, job enrichment, training, promotion, demotion, termination) for every staff of the organisation.
Educational Qualification and Experience
  • 0-2 years prior experience as an HR assistant or executive
  • Ability to think logically and solve problems occurring within normal work routine
  • Ability to interact with others and build relationships
  • High accuracy in record keeping and documentation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Proficient in use of recruitment and HR software systems
  • Willingness to support and assist other team members when required
  • Minimum of B.Sc /B.A in Human Resource Management or any related Management course
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively organise allocated work activities, work to tight deadlines and assist in the effective organisation of task and events.
  • Proven practical experience in the use of Office Suite
     
Job Title: Finance Manager Location: Lagos
Job Summary
  • The Finance Manager is responsible for formulating and implementation of a robust, fully functional accounting department; put in practices for Reelfruit accounting, boost investor confidence in the company financials, achieve efficient use of financial resources, oversee adequate record keeping for clients thereby enhancing bottom-line figures, and achieving compliance and management of taxation and other regulatory government agencies.
Duties/Responsibilities
  • Develop, Monitor and Implement financial controls as it relates to all key departments within the company
  • Induct and manage both financial and non-financial employees to comply with controls
  • Ensure that the collection, processing and communication of financial information are properly done.
  • Manage all finance employees- internal and external to ensure controls are adhered to
  • Examination & Preparation of schedule of expenses, incomes, payables, receivables, payroll& other remittances. Preparation of fixed assets schedule, computation of capital allowance & tax assessment.
  • Use XERO to ensure proper record keeping of all sales and financial information
  • Ensure all tax payment (PAYE) are paid promptly and duly.
  • Liaise with 3rd Party Persons, that is, Auditors and Tax Consultants.
  • Study trends, escalate peculiarities to management and set financial targets based on deductions
  • Scrutinize budgets submitted by Unit Leads for projects/programs
  • Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
  • Conduct financial analysis to determine profitability of projects and the business in general
  • Prepare and present financial reports periodically
Educational Qualification, Experience and Requirements
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Accounting or any related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ post NYSC experience working in this role or a similar role
  • Membership of ICAN/ACCA will be an advantage
  • UpToDate Knowledge of IFRS Standards and other Accounting Laws in Nigeria
  • Practical knowledge of accounting software, particularly XERO
  • Experience monitoring and recording company expenses.
  • Experience with audit preparations.
  • Ability to create reports and financial statements clearly and error-free
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex financial information both verbally and on excel in a manner that can be understood by stakeholders
  • Have eye for minutiae details and ensure accuracy
  • Ability to demonstrate influence across several program/project and ooze confidence to approach and influence different stakeholders
  • Possess sound knowledge of financial accounting and project/program cost-benefit analysis
  • Ability to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers
  • Ability to deeply understand Reel fruit business principles, needs and practices in line with growth objectives

Job Title: Junior Accountant Location: Lagos
Job Summary
  • The Junior Accountant is responsible for posting journal entries, updating financial statements, managing & maintaining accounts receivable and payables, administration of monthly payroll and preparing of financial reports. Also, ensuring that the world class standards are maintained.
Duties/ Responsibilities
  • Maintain financial transactions on the accounting software chart of accounts and annual budget.
  • Preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information.
  • Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Tracking all receivables and liaise with appropriate departments for collections
  • Manage inventory by liaising with production department.
  • Ensuring that accounting entries are entered accurately into the accounting software.
  • Preparing periodic financial reports that compare budget costs and actual costs.
  • Resolving debtor’s queries, outstanding invoices and statements
  • Managing payroll operations by following policies and procedures
  • Summarizing current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Documenting financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Ensuring all documents and their respective supports are filed appropriately.
Educational Qualification and Experience
  • B.Sc. / HND in Accounting with a minimum of 3 years' work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA certification is an added advantage
  • Good knowledge and experience with general ledger, accounting and financial reporting principles & practices.
  • Ability to use Xero or other accounting software.
  • Experience with audit preparations is an advantage

Job Title: Human Resource Manager Location: Lagos
Job Summary The Human Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functional activities; employee recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, benefits, performance management, policy implementation and employment & labour law compliance. Duties/Responsibilities
  • Human Resource Management
  • Manage the recruitment, selection, confirmation of new hires and exit interviews.
  • Provide directional leadership in talent optimization and organizational effectiveness
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results in line with stated KPIs
  • Review of standard operating procedures (SOPs), KPIs and Policies to verify compliance or otherwise.
  • Manage all employee benefits registration processes and related correspondences

Educational Qualification, Experience and Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ post NYSC experience working in this role or a similar role
  • Membership of a relevant professional body; CIPM, PHRi or equivalent
  • Up to date knowledge of Labour Law legislation in Nigeria.
