Job Title: GM - Sales Director

Job Summary

• Drive the overall revenue aspirations of the group across 5 subsidiaries.
• Explore opportunities, define strategy, business development and demand creation
• Possesses full ownership of customer requests and exploring new opportunities to add value in positioning the business.
• Oversee and manage coordination in rolling out new products to targeted partners/customers
• Responsible for developing the overall sales and business development plan and eventually building a team to support the business .
• Manages full sales cycle including generation of new leads to managing live accounts.
• New Market penetration.

Requirements

• Postgraduate Degree (MBA / Masters)
• 15+ years proven Sales Track Record in the high valued retail, real estate and banking sector
• Experience in closing high value transactions
• Superior networking skills with a sense of ownership and accountability.
• Proven Track Record of Business Development & Leadership
• Performance driven sales expert
