  • Due to the new branch formation in Ikeja Lagos , Nigeria (which is an independent private limited company, but part of the TBEC group of companies). Therefore, A Manager is needed.
Job Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Firing staffs
  • Effectively managing the company finance and allocating funds to each departments according to its need and to the productivity of such allocations.
  • Oversee all company departments, therefore basic knowledge of all company operations is needed.
  • Assuming full responsibility for operation and reporting to Board of Directors and Shareholders of TBEC.
  • Help make the new branch a functioning and profiting branch.
  • Coordinate effective operations between The Netherlands, Malaysia and Nigeria branch so all branches could work together and therefore minimizing cost of Operation and efficient work flow between the branches.
  • In charge of the entire TBEC business Operation in Nigeria, evaluate with the management as to all Managers and other employees performance in charge, their reports and ensure productivity in all departments.
  • Represent the company in all business meetings and partnership negotiations.
  • Create new product and services that would make TBEC Nigeria more innovative and adaptive to the market as the economy revolute.
  • Training of staffs as to the company culture and product knowledge.
  • Assigning, approving and coordinating all partners, agent, providers or contractor affiliated with TBEC in relation to Nigeria Branch and ensuring accountability in line with TBEC growth mission.
