Job Profile

  • Integrated Child Health and Social Service Award (ICHSSA 3) project currently being implemented in Northern Nigeria to improve the quality of life of HIV/AIDs positive children by leveraging on OVC/Social Service to strengthen the HIV continuum of care in a family-community–facility service delivery interface.
  • The Front Desk and Admin Officer is responsible for receiving visitors, incoming memos/mails, taking notes during meetings, filing/archiving, management of petty cash operations, administration of events/programs, inventory management, travel management and supervision of the office cleaners on ICHSSA-3 Project

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will perform the following functions:

  • Receive Visitors, incoming memos/mails and taking notes during meetings.
  • Filing/Archiving
  • Administration of Events/programs
  • Inventory Management
  • Travel Management
  • Management of petty cash operation
  • Office cleaners Management

Qualifications / Experience

  • OND in Business Administration or any related Social Sciences.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a front desk officer.
  • Strong interpersonal and Communication skills.
  • Knowledge of office management.
  • Ability to document and maintain information on program management.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (including Word, Excel, Power-point etc.)
