Job Title: Front Desk / Administrative Assistant

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Welcoming walk-in clients.
  • Engage in day to day facilities operations including maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, purchasing office supplies.
  • Provide excellent front office manners and address inquiries and requests promptly.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
  • Ensure timely expense reporting in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating maintenance and repairs when necessary.
  • Liaise with vendors for regular repairs and timely routine maintenance.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as instructed by the HR.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND qualification.
  • 1 - 2 years administrative work experience.
  • Proximity to location would be preferred.
  • Male gender are strongly advised to apply for gender preference.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Good reporting skills.
  • Good knowledge of office management.
